Questlist
Questlist is a team race built around checkpoints and the challenge lists teams receive from point to point. We position each checkpoint strategically and pick the right challenges, so your group ticks off goals of discovery, fun and exploration of wherever the event takes place. Like every CityHunt experience, Questlist is built around your group. How Questlist works Each team sets off from the starting point and receives an envelope with a list of challenges. You solve them together, and once you tick off a certain number you unlock the next checkpoint and the next list. From one point to another, your team discovers the place, scores points and has fun — each checkpoint bringing its own set of tasks. The challenges are a deliberate mix: some stand-alone, others contextual, inspired by what surrounds you at each stop — from observation and discovery to playful tasks that put your team to work. No training or special knowledge needed; just team spirit and a willingness to play. From brief to route Every Questlist starts with a brief from the client. Once we understand your needs, we come back with a plan mapped onto the game: where we place the checkpoints, which challenges we choose for each and how we balance discovery, fun and exploration. Strategic checkpoint placement and the right challenge list are exactly what turn a simple walk into a game with purpose. Language: by default we play in Romanian or English. We can add translations or even facilitation in other languages, as long as the deadline gives us time to prepare.
Team Trivia
The most fun you can have with your team using nothing but a phone. Team Trivia is the quiz game built for indoor moments — at your office or in a conference room, with no elaborate setup. It's not generic trivia: we build the game from questions and stats about your company, about the place your event is happening, and about you, the participants. If you're hosting an international conference or event in Romania, it's the perfect add-on to your agenda — a light, engaging session that brings a visiting team together and gives them a taste of the country. Like every CityHunt experience, it adapts to your group. How the game works Everyone plays from their own phone over an internet connection — nothing to install, nothing to prepare. We split participants into teams and run three rounds of ten questions each, sprinkled with funny stats about the group. Two CityHunt facilitators run the game, keep score and keep the energy up from the first question to the last. What makes the game special is where the questions come from. We run short surveys within the teams, pull out statistics and build rounds from them: how many of you have more than three siblings, how many are parents, which hobbies you share. We mix that with questions about the company — specific, but never sensitive — and about the place the event is happening. When the team has guests visiting Romania, it's also a warm way to introduce them to the country.
Office Clue Game
A quick exploration game, right in your office. Each participant gets a mini-map with clues hidden around the space and solves a puzzle to uncover the final answer. Office Clue Game turns your workplace into an interactive game for up to an hour, with minimal facilitation required. Clues can make use of things already found around the office or be created especially for the experience, with every answer contributing to a final word, phrase or solution. How Office Clue Game works Each participant receives their own game sheet and sets off to find clues hidden around different areas of the office. These can point to objects, images, messages, rooms or other details built into the route. As they find them, participants solve riddles, observation challenges and puzzles such as hidden words, crosswords or logic problems. The answers gradually reveal the final solution, and everyone can complete the experience at their own pace. From brief to game Every Office Clue Game starts with a brief from your team. Together with the person coordinating the event — HR, People & Culture, Training, Internal Communications or another project owner — we establish what you want the experience to achieve and map the space available for the game. We then select the relevant locations, build the mini-map and create the clues and final puzzle around your office. The game can be purely recreational or include company-specific content: values, stories, a new workplace, internal messages, a rebrand or other things you want people to discover along the way.
Private City Tour
Private city tour for small groups, where you don't just walk past the buildings — you step into the story. Whether you're discovering Romania for the first time or hosting a team in from abroad, we start from ready-made themed routes and can build new ones or a mix of existing ones — shaped around what you want to discover, in whichever city the tour takes place. Like every CityHunt experience, the tour adapts to your group. What the tour looks like It normally lasts around two hours and runs on foot. We take in the buildings, unpack the historical periods they lived through, and interact with the places directly — not as passing spectators, but as people who come to genuinely understand the city. For longer routes we also use public transport, to cover more ground without losing the rhythm. Because the group is small, we reach places a walking tour of dozens simply can't enter. That's the difference: the city seen like a local, not like a crowd passing through. What sets us apart Multimedia documentation for the landmarks we visit — you don't just see a ruin, you get multimedia material that helps you better understand the places you interact with. At least one included experience — a museum visit, a tasting or something else suited to the route. At least one interactive activity at a key point — for example, "be the first to find the three clues that show this is where…". We reward it with a personalized CityHunt product. A break and direct time with your facilitator at the end — half an hour of questions and answers, on anything about the tour or the city. Everyone leaves with a keepsake — a small object to remember the tour they took part in. Every tour starts with a brief from the client. Once we understand what you want to discover, we choose a standard themed route, adapt it or build a new one — with the included experience, the interactive activity and the points of interest that fit your group. By default we deliver the tour in Romanian or English. We can add other languages too, as long as we have time to prepare.
Unleash Your Inner Engineer
A teambuilding where teams don't just collaborate — they build. Starting from a sketch and a basic kit, each team designs and assembles a functional machine, then puts it to the test in a final showdown. Collaboration, creativity, design and results: everything counts. Like every CityHunt experience, the format is built around your group. How it works Each team gets a basic kit and a mission: build a functional machine — a plane, a catapult, a cart, a parachute or something else, depending on the chosen theme. Throughout the event, teams earn extra resources through mini-competitions, so strategy and collaboration matter just as much as inventiveness. The finale is the big showdown: each team puts its machine to the test in a decisive trial. A specialized jury evaluates each build's collaboration, design, complexity and functionality. Bachelor Battle
A bachelor or bachelorette party turned into a city challenge built around the couple’s story. Play Bride vs Groom, or bring just the stag or hen crew for a personalised adventure through Bucharest filled with checkpoints, challenges, memories and plenty of reasons to get into wedding mode. Bachelor Battle is a CityHunt experience designed for groups celebrating an upcoming wedding in Bucharest. You follow a route through the city, open challenge envelopes at different checkpoints and compete for points — with part of the game created around real stories, places and moments from the future bride and groom’s relationship. How Bachelor Battle works The classic version puts Team Bride against Team Groom, each side following its own route and competing through a series of checkpoints, challenges and party missions. But you don’t need both sides to play. If you’re coming to Bucharest for a stag weekend with the guys or a hen weekend with the girls, we can adapt Bachelor Battle into a standalone experience for your group. You can split into smaller teams, compete against each other and still build the challenges around the bride or groom and the story behind the upcoming wedding. Along the way you’ll open envelopes, complete missions and earn points. Some challenges are simply funny or competitive; others bring back important moments from the couple’s story — the first date, a memorable trip, an inside joke, a meaningful place or even the first drinks they ordered together. One team eventually wins. But by then, everyone knows a little more about the person they’ve travelled to Bucharest to celebrate. From your story to the game Before the event, we talk to the organiser — usually the best man, maid of honour or one of the closest friends — and collect as many useful details as possible. How did they meet? What happened on their first date? Which stories keep coming up among friends? What are their favourite drinks, embarrassing moments, memorable holidays, running jokes or places that matter to them? We then turn the best details into challenges and weave them into the route. You might have to recreate a moment, identify the true story among several suspicious alternatives, order the drink from the first date or prove that the best friends actually know the future bride or groom as well as they claim. The result is a game that could not be played in exactly the same way by another group.
Pub Trail
A city is better drunk than toured. Beyond the crowded terraces downtown there's always a network of independent venues — restaurants with history, one-of-a-kind concepts, small taprooms, breweries pouring their own beer, bars tucked into inner courtyards and old buildings. These are places where you can taste what's made locally or genuinely clever mixes, and most of them you'd walk right past. We all set off together from the start, where teams are formed and everyone gets the route map and the opening times for each stop. From there you're on your own, through five to ten partner venues, all a few minutes' walk from each other. At every stop a host — and occasionally a venue representative — is waiting for you. They serve your included drink, tell you about what you're drinking, then comes the challenge — a question or a dare. Pass it and you win a bonus on the spot. Finish your drink, collect your stamp and move on. The first team to reach the finish with a full set of stamps wins. The theme is chosen to fit the group: local craft beer, delicious wines, fine cocktails, traditional drinks or a mix. It works just as well for a night out with friends, a stag do or an office team.
After Hours Activity
A relaxed social event at a partner venue: board games, foosball, darts or another activity, run as a contest with playful rules — meet new people or bond with your team in an easygoing, after-work setting. An after-work social event that usually kicks off around 7 PM and promises up to four hours of activities at a partner venue. It's not just a night out for a drink: we manage the evening and turn everything into games and championships with a winner. Come with your team from the office, or come on your own to meet new people. Like every CityHunt experience, the format adapts to your group. We spend the evening at a single partner venue, chosen for the theme of that edition. We build on the venue's setup and whatever it offers: a bar with board games, a pub with dartboards, a spot with foosball, a trivia night or a karaoke one. Every edition has its own theme. We take the event management off your hands: we turn the activity into a game and a championship, with a single winner — a person or a team, as the case may be. You just enjoy yourself; we handle the pace, the rules and the score.
Undercover Game
A classic hidden-role game, Mafia-style, hosted by CityHunt. Players receive secret roles and move through day-and-night cycles, using discussion, deduction, bluffing and strategy to uncover the opposing side. Fast-paced, easy to understand and built almost entirely around interaction, Undercover Game works equally well for company events, groups of friends or organisers looking for a fun social evening for guests visiting Bucharest. No previous experience is required — just a group, an indoor venue and a willingness to stop trusting the people sitting next to you. How Undercover Game works The experience includes 4 separate games, with roles redistributed before each one. This gives everyone the chance to experience different sides of the game and try completely different strategies throughout the evening. At the beginning of each game, every participant secretly receives a role and becomes part of one of the opposing sides. From there, the game moves through successive day and night cycles. During the day, players discuss what happened, analyse behaviour, build alliances and try to identify the people working against them. Good arguments help, but so do intuition, bluffing and the ability to convince everyone else that you are telling the truth. At night, special roles act in secret and influence what happens next. The game continues until one side achieves its objective. Roles are then redistributed and a completely new game begins. Simple rules. Completely different dynamics. You do not need to know Mafia or any other social deduction game before joining. The CityHunt host explains the rules and roles before the first game, then moderates the entire experience — coordinating day and night phases, votes, special abilities and everything happening behind the scenes. The mechanics take only a few minutes to understand. After that, the experience is driven almost entirely by the people playing it: who looks suspicious, who talks too much, who suddenly becomes very quiet and who can lie convincingly enough to survive another day. It works particularly well for smaller groups looking for an easy social activity, but the setup can accommodate groups of up to 30 participants.
