We are not looking for specialized guides, but rather for people with positive energy, who are sociable, open, and motivated to get involved and build meaningful experiences together with us.
What the facilitator role involves
The facilitator role involves coordinating CityHunt experiences and interacting directly with participants. It is a dynamic role that includes:
- engaging with groups of participants
- guiding and supporting the flow of the experience
- maintaining energy and involvement throughout the event
- adapting in real time to different situations
This is not a rigid role — each experience is different, and adaptability matters more than formal experience.

How collaboration works
Facilitator collaborations with CityHunt:
- do not guarantee a minimum number of sessions
- depend on event availability
- are formalized through collaboration agreements compliant with Romanian legislation
- are paid per facilitation session
